1. Introduction

By using the Way Soft Pro platform ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our Services"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to any clause, please don't use the Service. These terms are a binding agreement between Way Soft Pro and the user (whether gym owner, admin, staff, or member).

2. Free Trial

• The free trial lasts 10 days from the date of signup.
• No credit card is required to start a trial.
• After the trial expires, dashboard access is suspended until a paid plan is selected.
• Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry, then permanently deleted.

3. Paid Subscription

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Plan prices are listed on the website. Price changes are notified to existing customers 30 days before taking effect.
• Fees are non-refundable except where a technical failure on our side prevented access for more than 24 hours.
• Payments are processed via a certified gateway (Paymob/Fawry). We never store card data.

4. Gym Owner Responsibilities

• The gym owner is fully responsible for data entered into the system (member info, payments, health information).
• The gym owner must obtain consent from members before storing their data.
• Uploading illegal content or violating intellectual property rights is prohibited.
• The gym owner is responsible for staff permissions they grant.

5. Data Protection

• Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers in Frankfurt (EU).
• Each gym's data is fully isolated from other gyms (multi-tenant isolation).
• Passwords are stored as SCRYPT hashes — we never see them.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, its design, and the trade name (Way Soft Pro / GymSystem) are our exclusive property. Your limited usage right ends when your subscription ends. Copying code, reverse engineering, or reselling the Service is prohibited.

7. Termination

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, with 14 days' notice.
• After termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, then deleted.

8. Limits & Liability

• The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it is free of defects, despite our best efforts.
• Our maximum financial liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost customers).

9. Changes to These Terms

If we need to modify these terms, we'll notify customers at least 30 days in advance via the email registered on the account. Continued use of the Service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute is first resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, it is referred to the competent courts in Cairo.
